I can't bro.... | Day -3

Broooooo.... It is damn hard ,It is very hard. Literally very hard, ninna night market ki poyi fish theccha, night clean chesi fridge lo pettesa, morning oil lo fry chese badhulu lite ga oil vesi avitho boil cheddam ani try chesa kotthaga, but half boiled ye ayyindi bro.. 😅 Afternoon time time ki open chesi tintunte assal vellatle..🤣 full akali tho unna naaku okka second, yehe.. e diet ledu em ledu, fridge lo unna migilina fish ni room ki vellaka pulusu petti e diet ni eroju tho end chesestha anipinchindi 😅. Haha... but no bro.. atleast one month ayina cheyyali ani chala gattiga fix ayyaa. and ilanti situations ponu, ponu chaala untay, idi just sample ye ani Naku nenu dhairyam techukunna. Edi emaina ee diet cheyyalsindeeeee... Day-3/30 done mowa... Touch lo undu, inka cheppedi undi.

 He, he, day -2 kuda done bro..! Literally first time vatti rice ni chusthe thinali anipinchindi... I mean meeku cheppale kada, na diet lo rice ledu broo...😐 Yes you read it correct! No rice in my diet. It is definitely had for Telugu people. But karnaa padega bro.. karna padegaa.. Rice ki replace ga sweet potato, carrot..etc alaa kanisthunna. Well, what I today ani cheppe badhulu, how I'm feeling Ane chepthe some of you get inspire or motivate ayitharu kada... Ani na point of view annattu.  Well, idi bro day-2/90 done. Following a diet for first time

 Hey everyone..!  It is so amaze that I'm started doing workouts and diet. I often joke with friends, whenever they being conscious about eating junk, "are veedu dating  chesthundu raa" ani navvuthunde.. 😅 But now I'm doing a diet broooo.... What the F, I mean it's very good decision that I took. recently knowing that how important is be being healthy.  Well, it's my day -1/90 of my diet. let's see how it goes. Will post every single day updates here.  Thank you.
